Terms and Conditions
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of the quotation
Flowers are pre ordered therefore you are free to make any changes to your order up to 1 month before the wedding.
Prices
Prices of the flowers / sundries are subject to change without notice
Products
Flowers are subject to availability, if unavailable or if the quality does not meet the standard a suitable substitute will be used.
Prior to delivery all arrangements are approved, once delivered / collected the arrangements are no longer the responsibility of Flowergem, any goods that are you feel are unsatisfactory must be reported within 24 hours.
Payment
Once confirmed a booking fee of £50 is payable to secure your date, this will be deducted from the final balance.
50% of the total balance is will be due 3 months prior to the wedding date
Full payment is required 1 month before the event, instalments can be arranged. If payment is not received flowers will not be delivered.
Full payment on booking is required for funeral tributes.
Delivery
Delivery charges may apply, this will be included in your quotation.
Please provide contact details in case of difficulties delivering products.
Cancellations
Whilst I understand events happen which may result in you needing to cancel the booking, if this is the case please refer to the following cancellation requirements and charges.
In the unlikely event I have to cancel the wedding I will make every effort to find a replacement florist, if this is not possible a full refund will be made.
All cancelations must be received in writing, email is acceptable.
Wedding cancellations
1 Year to 3 months prior to the wedding date - loss of booking fee
1-3 months prior to the wedding date - loss of 50% of the total balance
within 1 month of the wedding date - loss of 100% of the total balance
Every effort will be made to accommodate changes within a reasonable time frame.
